抱怨下Stanford 的系统

不得不对斯坦福的计算机系统表示失望。
还是usf好，usf把所有的学校资源整合到了connect 上去，只需要登陆一次就可以了，很是方便

stanford 硬是搞的十分复杂，axess,ccnet,stanfordyou,webmail。。。。一会login ,logout的烦不烦啊.

再来第一次作业上，叫我在这个那个机器上测试，什么hotbox..什么 cyclades-master，什么niagara-1，niagara-2  什么玩意啊。初来乍到我哪知道什么东西啊。后来问人，查到 

hotbox, cluster of 64-bit dual quad-core Intel machines, part of a queue ma- 
naged from cyclades-master.

niagara-1 is dedicated for interactive use by the class. (Confusingly) this machine is a 

Sun Niagara 2, with 8 cores and 64 hardware threads.

搞集群我不反对，起这些胡里巴梢的名字干嘛。交个作业，一堆自定义的指令要记。什么 sjob。。。你不能老老实实搞搞svn .啊。。这个哪个的。。我只能说fack
